Refer a Business Terms & Conditions

1) This is a referral reward scheme open to our existing business customers.

2) To be eligible for the reward the referred customer must meet the below criteria:

• Must not be an existing customer
• Have not previously been referred to Talking Business or are already known to us
• Must be in business, trading in the UK
• Have given consent for their details to be given by the referrer, with intended purpose of Talking Business making contact as a potential new supplier
• Pass credit checks and be approved by our accounts department
• Place their first order within 30 days of account set up

3) For each eligible referral a £50 Love 2 Shop Gift Card will be issued upon receipt of payment of their first order. Gift cards will be sent on a tracked service at this time.

4) At the time of the gift card issue the customer must still be in a contract with Talking Business and have not breached any terms or conditions of that contract. If one or both of these points occur then the gift card cannot be issued.

5) The referrer will be liable to Talking Business and to the referred company or persons, for passing details on without consent.

6) The gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the provider Love2Shop. These are available on the issuer’s website www.love2shops.co.uk/mycard. Talking Business will not be responsible for any breach of these terms made by the referrer. Please note the gift card will have an expiration date; if not redeemed within the time frame the card becomes void. Talking Business will be not responsible for any charges that may be payable by the referrer in relation to the issue or usage of the card. You may be required to provide identification for use or activation of the card, in such cases Talking Business, having purchased the card will assist where possible.    

7) No substitute gift such as cash or other will be offered as an alternative.

8) Talking Business reserve the right to refuse to issue a gift card if we have reason to believe that there has been a breach in these terms and conditions, or have any connection to illegal activity including fraud.

9) Talking Business reserve the right to withdraw this reward scheme or to amend the terms and conditions applied at any time and for any cause.
